Just to let you know that the relocation of the HBCIS equipment from B34 to B7 at the RBWH Herston campus the other night went very well. Only minor problems were encountered and these were quickly resolved with the assistance of the SureBridge engineers (had to change the cabinet shelving that we had pre-installed in B7, and had a failed network cable to one machine after reboot).We had the systems back up and available at the advertised times and no equipment failures were encountered. Can you pass along my thanks to both your engineers, Lee Walmsley and Aodhan Griffin for their assistance? They were most professional and provided every assistance to us. I might also mention that the movers, HiTech were similarly impressive, visiting the site on the day beforehand to ensure that they were conversant with their task, and arriving punctually and moving the gear with care. Also, Bruce, thank you for your assistance in co-coordinating this work on behalf of SureBridge. All around a successful and very satisfactory piece of work. Much appreciated.

Thank you for the VMware/SAN installs, we have moved quite a few of our main services over to the VMware system already and everything is working perfectly.
