On Friday April 30 2010, SureBridge Pty Ltd acquired the business activities of Brisbane based IT company Qtech and has now taken over the operations of the company. The acquisition comes after several months of coalition between the two companies.

As a move to develop its position in the SME market, SureBridge IT will continue to service the existing customer base and expand on the existing services and products previously offered by Qtech. In addition SureBridge IT will make available to its customers all of its existing 27 engineers as well as retaining the former Qtech services team.

The acquisition has come at an ideal time for SureBridge IT who are currently experiencing an expansion phase. Staff numbers are increasing as the business continues to grow and the acquired office space will assist the SureBridge IT team to function at peak efficiency, providing superior service to our customers. The former Qtech offices located in Alderley will become a second branch of SureBridge IT, with the head office remaining in Taringa.
