Brisbane -based IT company SureBridge is continuing to expand its services interstate asit shifts focus to increasing staff and market reach in 2010.
Established in 1992, SureBridge IT provides services to corporate, state and local government organisations across Queensland.
With 21 years industry experience behind it, the company continues to enable its clients to efficiently manage and protect their valuable information with IT solutions.
While the company remains Queensland-based, it has been able to expand its services into New South Wales and most recently, Western Australia.
In order to meet this growing opportunity and demand, SureBridge has recruited an additional four technical staff within its services division.
Although recent developments have seent he economy slow, SureBridge has been able to capitalise, according to Managing Director Rick Brown.
'While the global economy has declined over the last year or so, the Information Technology industry has maintained solid ground, particularly in Australia. Organisations across the board understand the importance of investing in critical business areas and protecting their vital assets,' Brown says.
Apple and Microsoft are two key vendors SureBridge IT are proud to have recently connected with on a partner level. While the company has been legitimately supplying and installing these big brand names for seeral years, Sales Manager Glenda Solomom says the increase in relationship status is significant of the company's growth. 'To achieve the acknowledgement from leading suppliers in our industry is always a great feat for our growing company. Achieving these goals is fuel for the fire to continue growing and advancing in partner status,' she says.
Only recently SureBridge IT, in conjuction with one of the biggest names in the industry, Hitachi Data Systems, was proud to be the first in Australia to have been trained in and implemented a new range of network monitoring technology for a major client. 'Relationships with our customers are buildt on trust and confidence. Our customers know we have the most up to date knowledge and skills in the industry and respect us for that,' Solomon says.
Form a humble beginning as an IT hardware reseller back in 1992, working from the front room of a home, SureBridge today have grown to become a multi-million dollar company.
Considering its recent expansion, SureBridge IT is set to be one of the big names to watch out for in the Queensland IT market.
